Our Beliefs

Our mission is to find ways for front line warriors to be recognized for their sacrifices. We are able to do that in many ways. The basic way is for us to coordinate with partners local to the groups that we are supporting to bring them meals and other necessities. In some cases, local restaurants are willing to donate the meals while we coordinate the delivery under very restrictive guidelines. In other cases these meal vendors are able to provide them at a reduced cost and VRAC is able to raise the funds to cover these costs. In cases where there is a need for help outside of our immediate reach, we are able to and happy to facilitate the connections between food suppliers and the hospital or target area. We do this the same way – in that we identify the need, seek out a source, qualify a person or group to handle the logistics and then either get the donation or pay the vendor. While we are technically based in the triangle area of North Carolina, wherever there is a combination of the needed elements, we can help people all over the country. As long as there is a need and there are also people who care and are willing to help, WE CAN AND WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN!
